Check the following:

The Naishkarmyasiddhi of Suresvara, translated by A. J. Alston, Shanti
Sadan, London, 1959. Other translations are by S. S. Raghavachar (Univ. of
Mysore, 1965) and R. Balasubramanian (Univ. of Madras, 1988)

Also read:

John Grimes, The naishkarmyasiddhi of Suresvara: a monograph, Sri Satguru
Publications (Garibdas Oriental Series, no. 136), Delhi, 1992,

The Naishkarmyasiddhi of Suresvaracarya, with the Candrika of Jnanottama,
with notes and index by Col. G. A. Jacob, (2nd revised ed.) Govt. Central
Book Depot, Bombay, 1906. (This Candrika is by the Jnanottama Misra
Mahopadhyaya whom we were discussing a few weeks ago on this list.)
This was republished in 1992 by Chowkhambha Vidyabhavan, Varanasi, as
Vidyabhavan Sanskrit studies, no. 3. Another edition of the same, with
notes by Mysore Hiriyanna, is from the Bhandarkar Oriental Research
Institute, 1980.
