Whether it is Samkhyakarika of Isvarakrishna or Tattvasamasa of Kapila or Sankhyasutra of Kapila or the Sankhya portion in the Bhagavd Gita  or the Sankhya in the Mahabharata or Sankhya in Bhagavata purana I do not see any real difference among them. There are only some minor terminological differences. For example the word Tanmatra is not used by all the texts.

If you mean the samkhya of the Samkhya Karikas yes but is that the same as the samkhya of the Bhagavadgita or the Kapila Gita or the Mokshadharma?
