[Advaita-l] Adhyaropa-Apavada Nyaya.

Dear Murthy Ji,
Mahavakya Vichara is a positive way to realize our identity as Brahman.
Meditating on the Phrase Sathyam, Jnanam, Anantham Brahma also helps.
