Yes, Prapti of any Loka is not the Mukti the Advains talk about. Only Brahmajnanam  can help one achive the Videhamukti (the dissolution of the five koshas)

krama mukthi and vaikuntaprApti is not MOKSHA.
BRAHMJNANAM alone can liberate a person.
One has to take birth again till one get/understands BRAHMAJNANAM.
