Abhisheka Dravya include:

Sugandha tailam, tandula churna, panchagavyam, phala/phala-vargam, ghee, milk, curds, honey, fruit juice, tender coconut, sandal paste, kalasha tirtham

This is as per the vaideeka krama followed in TN. Could differ from region to region.

Page 139 they have given Abhisheka Dravyas. How Oil can be used for
Rudra Abhisheka? I have not heard this.

I heard they do Oil Abhisheka for Sani Graha.
