Online search is showing Vishnu Bhakti Kalpalatha and Siva Bhakti
Kalpalatha also. You can do Navagraha Puja. Every planet has a Japa Sloka.
This is given in the Navagraha Stotra. Sani Sloka is Neelaanjana
Samaabhaasam Raviputram Yamaagrajam, Chaaya Maartanda Sambhutam Tam Namaami
Shanaiscaram. Like this there are Japa Slokas for all planets.

Many Google images are found for Navagraha Yantra. Many people go to Sani
Deva temple or Hanuman temple on Saturdays for Astrological benefits.
