The acchidra and ashvamedha sections are from the taittiriya brahmana.

Yes, these are brAhmaNa maNtra-s, I think ashvamedha is truteeyAshtaka, 
ashtama prapAtaka in krishna yajurveda taitireeya brAhmaNa. Starts with 
sAgrahaNyeshtya yajate, which we normally use as one of the 'nirAjana 
maNtra-s'.    acchidra reference not coming to the mind right now.
