IMHO, those who are familiar with geeta verses knowing its meaning and applicability by heart would recall different verses at different life situations. karmaNyeva adhikAraste is the verse ringing in my mind to console myself when I did not get the expected CTC hike at my work place. dehinOsmin yatha dehe kaumAraM yauvanaM jara, nainam chindanti shastrANi nainaM dahati pAvakaH, na jAyate mriyate vA, vAsAmsi jeerNAni yathA vihAya etc. are the verses comes to my mind whenever I see / hear a death news. Sukha duHke samekrutvA labhAlabhaU jayAjau is the verse whenever I lose my badminton or chess game :-) prasAde sarvaduHkhAnAm, duHkheshu anudvigna manAH etc. are the verses comes in front of me whenever there is unwarranted ripples in my samsara. And when it comes to jagat satyatva and sarvavyApakatvA of Atman ( the current topic) nAsatO vidyate bhAvO, nAbhAvO vidyate sataH, avinAshi tu tadviddhi yena sarvamidaM tataM, mayA tatamidaM sarvaM, jagadavyaktamUrtinA, matsthAni sarvabhUtAni, na chAhaM tEshvavasthitaH, yadyadvibhUtimatsattvaM.....mama tejOshasaMbhavaM etc. And when nothing works for me, yatkarOshi, yadashnAti...tatkurushva madarpaNam, sarva dharmAn parityajya comes to mind to calm down the emotions, So, recalling or remembrance of the geeta verses depend on the circumstances for the one who wants to relate the geeta verses to his daily routine and life events.

Dear readers,    The following lines from Bhagavad gita constitute my sadhana which is no sadhana at all :
         (1)  AtmasaMsthaM manaH kRutvA ||         (2) samaM sarvEShu BUtEShu  tiShThantaM parameSvaram |              vinaSyatsvavinaSyantaM yaH pASyati sa paSyati || !3-27

The above two pointers have helped me in cognizing my true svarUpa as taught in the Upanishads to which only I cling like a child clinging to its mother.

With sAShTAMganamaskarams,    Sreenivasa Murthy.

Pranams,
I agree with you about many verses are there which are of equal importance.
Having said that there can always be a situation where sine of them can be humming in your mind always. If you have any such then you can identify with that, but if one is unable to do that that too is understandable.
