[Advaita-l] Nyaya Sudha Objections 1

Thank you.
Can we say this? 'Cannot be Mukhyartha of any word' itself is the
Mukhyartha of Brahman. Why? Because we cannot know Brahman like an
object Pot. A word can have a Mukhyartha if that Mukhyartha is known
by Pramanas like Perception. But those Pramanas cannot make Brahman
known like a Pot. Therefore there is no word with Mukhyartha Brahman.
But we can know the fact there is no word with Mukhyartha Brahman.

Then what about a fictitious object like Nara Sringa a man's horns.
There can be no word with Mukhyartha of man's horns. Because there is
no Pramana showing us a man's horns. We can never see a man's horns.
Then how is this Nara Sringa different from Brahman?

> ३.स्थानैक्येऽभेदव्यपदेशो यथा – ‘गोष्ठे गावः एकीभवन्ति’ इत्यत्र
> एकस्थानस्थित्वनिमित्तेन यथा अभेदव्यपदेशः तथैव
> वैकुण्ठादिरुपमुक्तस्थानस्थितत्वरुपस्थानैक्यमादायायमभेदोपदेशः ।
>
> ४.मत्यैक्येऽभेदव्यपदेशो यथा – ‘अस्मिन् ग्रामे ब्राह्मणा एकीभूताः’ इति ।
> मत्यैक्यनिमित्तोऽयमभेदव्यपदेश इति स्फुटः ।
>
> ५.सादृश्येऽभेदव्यपदेशो यथा – ‘अग्निर्माणवक’ इत्यादि । अत्र
> पावनत्वादिधर्ममनुलक्ष्य अग्न्यभेदः उक्तः । एवं च प्रकृते
> उपजीव्यप्रत्यक्षविरोधेन अभेदश्रुतिः गौणाभेद पर इति निर्गलितोऽर्थः ।
