The word Project above is important. In Sushupti there is no Vikshepa
Sakti of Avidya. That Avidya has two Saktis. Avarana and Vikshepa. In
Jagrat and Svapna Avasthas the two Saktis are present. But in Sushupti
only Avarana Sakti is there and Vikshepa Sakti projecting objects is
not there. The Avarana Sakti is hiding the Atman but no Duality is
felt in Sushupti.
