I'm surprised noone noticed this. Sarvatantrasvatantra has a specific
meaning which has nothing to do with the Shakta texts called Tantras.
Tantra here is used in the sense of "doctrine" or "system". Someone who
is the master of all existing systems of thought yet comes up with their
own original one is Sarvatantrasvatantra. It's an apt description of our
acharya who demonstrates such wide knowledge of different darshans.
