This cannot be true. Brahman is Consciousness, and IT ALWAYS EXISTS.
As the Gita puts it: naasato vidyate bhaavo naabhaavo vidyate sataH . 2:16
Of the non-existent there is no coming to be;
of the existent there is no ceasing to be.
