Perhaps, perhaps not.  Again we cannot say.  As Anand mentioned there is
not a huge difference between the existent shakhas so we have no reason to
assume it will be the case with the lost ones.

Obviously one can only argue and draw conclusions based on what one knows
not on what is unknown.
