sajaatiiyapravaahashcha vijaatiiyatiraskR^itiH .
niyamo hi paraanando niyamaatkriyate budhaiH .. 105..
sajaatiiyapravahaH = the continuous flow of one kind of thought
cha = and
vijaatiiyatiraskR^itiH = the rjection of all that is foreign to it
niyamaH = 'niyama'
hi = verily
paraanandaH = the supreme bliss
niyamaat.h = regularly
kriyate = is practised
budhaiH = by the wise
The continuous flow of only one kind of thought ( viz. unity of Atman and
Brahman) to the exclusion of all other thoughts, is called 'Niyama', which
is verily the supreme bliss, and is regularly practised by the wise.

niyama = shaucha = purity of body and mind
+santoshha = contentment
+tapaH = restraint of body, mind, and speech
+svaadhyaaya = Vedic study
+iishvarapraNidhaana = offering actions as worship of God
