Shravana masa starts tomorrow

I want small clarification from U:

Sivaya viSNUrUpaya, SivarUpaya viSNave
Sivasya hrudyam viSNuhu, viSNuscha hrudayam Sivaha
yatha Sivamayorevam viSNumayah Sivaha
yathAntaram na pashyami tathame svastirAyuSi

Is this veda mantra or stotram.  We (Yejurvedi -smarthas) recite this
mantra/stotra while performing sandhyavandanam.  But with small correction:
*yatha Sivamayor viSNu evam viSNumayah Sivaha*.  I asked this question sometime
back to the list members but could not get the suitable answer.  Please clarify.
