dEvasyaisha svabhAvO2yamAptakAmasya kA spRhA.

Some people consider that creation is for enjoyment (of the Lord),
others consider that he does it just for play. But this (the act of
creation) is the very nature of the Lord. For one in a state of
fulfilment what desire (for enjoyment or for play) can be there?
