Soma in Vedas

If I am Siva why do I need to 'take in' Siva tattva ?
If My Real Swarupa is 'Ananda' what else needs to be
'taken in' ? 'Ananda' or 'Bliss' is turIya, then how
can 'Ananda' reveal turIya ?
