Also known as Chitsukhi, this has been published in Sanskrit but not
translated as far as I know.

(btw, Chitsukhacharya could not have criticized Dvaita as he lived roughly
a century prior to their founder.)

The only translation I found for this (In English) is by TMP Mahadevan and
SS Suryanarayana Shastri, Bulletins of the Department of Indian
Philosophy, University of Madras 1936.
