In the verse,
akhaNDa maNDalAkAraM vyAptaM yena charA.acharam |
tatpadaM darshitaM yena tasmai shrIgurave namaH ||
cara refers to the moving objects and acara refers to the stationery
objects, both belonging to the jagat. Butthe meaning can depend on the
context often.
