[Advaita-l] Question on a shloka on Rudram

One anvaya that is possible is:

asya (japakartuH) rudra japaath shive prIte (sati), prItA eva devataaH

By the japaanuShThAna of *this devotee *when Shiva is pleased, all devatA-s
stand pleased.
