kAmya and prAyashchitta have specific results. So, they can't result in
achievement of pitR^iloka.
Moreover, what I said above was said by Anandagiri himself.

This is what I wanted to hear from you.
Just saying that non-performance doesn't harm, makes people believe that
they are useless. If you say what you said now, then it will not happen.
