Book on Chaturmasya released

The Shankaracharya of Sringeri Sharada Peetham, Bharati Tirtha Mahaswami,
released a special publication, in connection with Chaturmasya, in Tamil on
Thursday.

Brought out by the Sri Sharadha Dharisanam, it is the first of its kind and
carries an account of the 200-year history of Chaturmasya and lists the
various places in which it has been held, says its editor Bharathi Kaavalar
K. Ramamurthi. Copies can be had from the editor.
