[Advaita-l] Sandhyavandana procedure doubt

Dear
Sri Ramakrishna Matam have published a small booklet in Samskrit with 
Engligh/Tamil rendering of the meanings .For prayogam -how to do physically- 
it is better to approach a vadhyar /pandit as descriptions of actions may be 
confusing at initial stages.R.Krishnamoorthy.
