[Advaita-l] Definition of Yoga

In her slokah of praising Lord Ganesha,"seethakalabha senthamaraipoo"the 
tamil poetess and the saivite saint"Avvaiyar" gives the entire summery 
of the yoga system and the realization of 
the 
"Turiya",AUM,"sattathin ulle sadasivam katti,chittati ulle shivalingam 
katti",she mentios about the the "ida and pingala and the susuma  
nadis",which is "anuvirkkanuvay appalukappalay'which 
is"anoraiyan,mahatomahiyan"of the Upanishads,it is clear that Avvaiyar 
was a Brahmajnani by this slokah.
