[Advaita-l] Desire, Jnana and Moksha

Shri lalitalAlitA, namaskaram. Once ajnana is gone, how can desire remain in a jnAni? Once I know that its a rope, there is no fear of snake. Once I know its mirage, there is no desire to quench thirst.
