To remind everyone, it was Vidyaranya who was behind the establishment of
Mighty Vijayanagara empire against the Islamic dynasties. Tipu made
donations to Sringeri and helped it when Marathas invaded is facts of
history. I know Tipu was no saint but was a Islamist.
Anyways, to expect a Sanyasi to express opinion on every issue of worldly
nature is funny.
I think, I should stop now. I would not post anything else in the thread.
