[Advaita-l] Debate between Dwarka & Sumeru Shankaracharyas

Dear Abhishek,

Due to the haloed unbroken jagadguru parampara at Sri Sharada peeTham,
history is replete with incidents where the whole of advaita dharma world
including the 4 AmnAya peeTham-s looked up to, sought and obtained guidance
from Sringeri Jagadguru-s.
Why else would the king of Nepal get guidance and blessings form Sri
Chandrasekhara Bharati Mahaswamigal? Also, Sri Chandrasekhara Bharati
Mahaswamigal played a crucial role in coronoation of Sri Bharati Krishna
Teertha as Jagadguru of Sri Purushottama peeTham at Sri Jagannatha Puri
(pUrvAmnAya peeTham.)
It is a different matter whether Sringeri jagadguru-s vield absolute
authority or not, but that they are capable of guiding has been almost like
a tradition in the history of the AmnAya peeTham-s.
Let's wait and see..
