[Advaita-l] Interest Collection is Wrong according to Dharma?

[Ranga Rathnam]

I presume this means 5% interest. Is this real rate of interest http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Real_interest_rate
or something else?
What is Manu Smriti's position on inflation? :-)
