Namaste
Yes the Kanchi Math had sent some students to learn a rare Shakha of
Atharvana Veda that is Saunakeeya.

But it was a one time attempt. All the Sankara Maths have to take up this
Urgent Matter and act. They should send more students to learn the
vanishing Shakhas. Then only we can have assurance of preservation of Vedas
for some more time.

If Kanchi Math can do it for Atharvana Veda why not other Maths for Sama
and others.
