Dear SriBoris Nikiforov
Japas best done during the early morning say an hour and a half before Sunrise.Evenings just before sunset say some half an hour before are also recommended for Japas.Apart from these one can do japa anytime one feels like doing it.Only it should not become a compulsive act.It should be purely voluntary and one should enjoy doing it.Then the mind will become focussed. This is my experience.R.Krishnamoorthy.
