HariH Om Muraliji,

 Khila means there is a main hymn, a main work, and the given hymn is
appended to regular hymn to fill some gaps. This term is used for Srisukta
because it is not available in Shakala sakha, it is available in Bhaskala
sakha at the end of the fifth mandala.
