How/what  does it matter what thoughts appear for an advaitin, who has
realized one's nitya mukta svarUpa ?

Let the mind sing its bhaja govindaM or Om Namah shivaya or aham brahmasmi
..it affects not one's Atmaikatva (sva)svarUpa..
