[Advaita-l] ***UNCHECKED*** Question on knowledge as being and action as the movement of being

This occurs in the Isavasya Upanishad, could someone explain me how
"knowing" is "being", and "action" is the "movement of being".......

also "knowledge/meditation" and it's equivalency to "action"
