Dear Friends, Once Venkatachalapathi Ji wrote the reply that "As long as physical body considered as self and its existence in future is negatively projected in future, body responds with fight or repsonse causes fear".
After that I read some books, I found one interesting example. Once it happened that, Bhagavan RamaKrrishna Paramahansa has suffered from cancer at his gut during his last days before he leaves his physical body. At that time people of bengal & many doctor disciples approached him that they will they to do the treatment for which Ramakrishna simply denied & said that the disease is for the physical body & not for the soul, since we got that by some body's grace, there exists the inventory holder to take that some where and continued that since the time is coming, so it will leave us & will reach to the people who are travelling in the karmic time.
The same response we can find out by bhagavan Ramana Maharshi also during his injury to his arm/leg.
The teachings of yoga say that we should be centred inwards & act accordingly, we should act from within using our chitta by simply forgetting what other people thinks what we should we do & what shouldn't be doing.
Paramhansa Yogananda Ji said 'Conditions are always neutral, they may be good or bad according to attitude of the state of mind. We can make the best even the worst circumstances, but one should be practical in approach. For this, We should have faith & belief in God always with will make us to relax & face the difficult situation most effectively.Source: Times, Author: Sh.Swami Kriyananda

Let us try to get the meaning of Fear associating with time/kala.
For human / any conscious living being fear comes when the expectation about future is uncertain and negative events w.r.t. its existence.
As long as physical body considered as self and its existence in future is negatively projected in future, body responds with fight or flight animistic responses. similar w.r.t. any of the associated identities like feelings, knowledge etc. Looking at Karma as solution is true till the kosa abhimana / attachment there.
For sadhaga, looking at the fear as symptom of abhimana and getting right hint from guru on sadhana is another practical way.

Dear Friends, Many of us are trying to cope with pain and fear by trying to ignore it, then hope with disappear and in reality this is not the right approach. Advaita addresses this in a different way as per krishna in bhagavadgita where as western mythology tells us we can boldly confront fears & Obstacles in order to overcome them. How ever Eastern traditions gives a different path by encouraging whenever possible courageously by understanding and friendly nature. For this there are several examples in history. One among was the story of King sakka from buddhist tradition as the details of this story can be obtained form any where , it is an history. Here I am writing the moral of that story which goes like this: It suggests that one should have unexpected behaviour i.e khayal life style, finding happiness in all the activities one does, Kind, adventurous, Often playful approach to many issues gives us the capacity for alternative solutions rather than immediately reacting to the issue with fear that some thing may happen.Another point which is followed by many Jains is " Uttam Kshama", If some thing happening which is not in concurrence with your will, then just leave that issue rather than worrying that or giving a thought to that. I would like to give one of the finest example and experience happened in my work life which made me strong. The results can really surprise us, we could end up realising then enemy is weaker than we imagined however there are some hidden things which we did not understand well. We could uncover and realise the past hurts, coming to an clear understanding for the roots of our habits (Roots on high). By finding out gentleness from that may give strength. One gets a direction by seeing the inner wisdom which come from deep trust.Source: Speaking Tree, Times, Author: M.TheophillAny learned members may contribute their views.
My example: I worked with one of my senior colleague for 7 years. Out of all the years, he used to pinch with his sharp words on daily basis and at the end of the day he proves me that I am nothing and he is boss for me always. Apart from this, He wants to read my mind daily and he used to say Circastically before one day for the activities which i am going to perform on the next day with witty nature. He used to find lot of happiness by showing me down or finding faults in me, actually in reality it is not, that time has given that opportunity to him. I always used to see him as a human being with his 'anga vaikalya' and respects him. By doing this, I might have lost the race and many materilastic things but did not loose my self as I remains the same what I am. Going to little deeper in this, On one occasion a particular thing should happen, but by chance that did not happened on that day due to absence of person. But he made a story of that that it happened by making a full coverage. After that the absented person told me the reality. The moral which I have taken from this is, he does all activities in fear as he has no anger at all.
Karma is the Only solution to many of the problems in life, one has to face it on any day as there is no escape.
