[Advaita-l] Diwali - Festival of Lights

                    Diwali is thetime when millions of people unite to celebrate the joyous festival of lights, The Return of Rama to Ayodhya,  people  lit deepa malas all across the kingdom. TheRama is within Us, Rama is the Mariyada Purshotam, the righteous being. Thestory of His life teaches us devotion to the cause of Dharma towards our parents and teachers, love for His wife and respect for Hisfriends. One should purify one’s bodyand soul before invoking the deity.  Lightingof the lamps also signifies the illumination of our Chakras, On this Diwali letus Pledge to follow the path shown to us by the Rama. 17/10-Dhantirus,18/10-Naraka chaturdasi, 19/10-Diwali, 20/10-Bali Padyami, 21/10-Bhagini HastaBhojan.

Finally, one should have ever ready attitude forthe Service to the Lotus feet of Sri Guru-Mother Land- Sri Chakra Pujanam-Mantra Puracharanam-Sadhaga-Abheda bhavanam*. All are one, Indivisable. One should not go inbetween any of these.Sri Guru Padaravindarpanamastu
