As far as I know there is no collected works of Vachaspati Mishra but all
of them are readily available as he has the notable distinction of being
an authoratatiive acharya in five different darshanas. His known works
are
samkhyatattvakaumudi on Samkhya karika of Ishvarakrishna (Samkhya)
samkhyatattvavaishradi on samkhyapravachanabhashya of Vyasa on yogasutras
of Patanjali. (Yoga)
tatparyatika on nyayabhashyavartikka of Uddyotakara on nyayabhashya of
Pakshilaswami Vatsyayana on nyayasutras of Gotama. (Nyaya)
bhamati on sharirakamimamsabhashya of Shankaracharya on brahmasutras of
Badarayana (Advaita Vedanta)
brahmatattvasamiksha on Brahmasiddhi of Mandana Mishra (Non-Shankaran
Advaita Vedanta,)
nyayakanika on vidhiviveka of Mandana Mishra (Purva Mimamsa)
tattvabindu an original work on Purva Mimamsa
nyayasuchinibandha an original work that establishes the proper number of
sutras in the nyayasutras,
All of these are readily available in the usual places such as DLI.
There is also a 15th century "Abhinava" Vachaspati Mishra who wrote on
dharmashastra who sometimes gets confused with his namesake.
