I understand that everything is consciousness, however, this question is
for an aspirant on his way to realize the oneness that is the absolute.

What is the difference between, Ishta Devata, Adhideva, Guru and
consciousness?

Thanks in advance, I am in particular trying to understand the relationship
between "Ishta" and "Adhideva"
