Harivarasanam Viswamohanam or Hari Harathmaja Ashtakam is a famous Hindu
devotional song written by Kumbakudi Kulathur Iyer. Harivarasanam is one of
the commonly sung devotional song in praise of Lord Ayyappa in every Lord
Ayyappa temple. Harivarasanam Viswa Mohanam is considered as the tharathu
pattu (song to make Swamy Ayyappa sleep), and hence is sung daily just
before closing the doors of Swamy Ayyappa Temples in night. Harivarasanamis
sung at 10.50 PM daily at the famous Sabarimalai Temple in Kerala.
