Dear friends,
  Today I came across a piece of writing which was of a very profound nature.Please permit me to share with you. 
Even if it touches the heart of one reader I feel blessed.
"Put aside the non-duality pointers and proceedwith intense and naked looking 


into the reality of what you are prior (agryam) to mind ( manassu, aMtaHkaraNa)."

Is this not What mantra 2-4 of Kena Upanishad is pointing out?
