Sri Surendranath Dasgupta, in his book A History of Indian Philosophy,
mentions about a summary  written in the ninth century on Yogavasishta.

Quote << The names of some of its summaries are BRhad-yoga-vAsishta,
Laghu-jnAna-vAsishta,Yoga-vAsishta-slokAh and Yoga-vAsishta-samkshepa by
Gauda Abhinanda of the ninth century,....,>> Unquote
