[Advaita-l] Was Bhishma ashamed of speaking of the glories and 1000 names of Shiva?

Namaste

I heard Tippu Sultan's minister Poorniah was a Madhva and he was against
Advaitis in his time and he tried to harass them with power given by Tippu.
Is it correct?
