If you make a search in Advaitasharada for the words 'Ishwara' and
'Parameshwara' you would find almost all the usages to be in the sense of
Brahman, Nirguna Brahman. To study those instances would be very
interesting. Just one example:

अस्मिन्पक्षे ‘पुरुष एवेदं विश्वं कर्म’ इत्यादिसर्वरूपोपन्यासः
परमेश्वरप्रतिपत्तिहेतुरिति व्याख्येयम् ॥  BSB 1.2.23

एवं प्राप्ते, ब्रूमः — आत्मेत्येव परमेश्वरः प्रतिपत्तव्यः । तथा हि
परमेश्वरप्रक्रियायां जाबाला आत्मत्वेनैव एतमुपगच्छन्ति — ‘त्वं वा अहमस्मि
भगवो देवतेऽहं वै त्वमसि भगवो देवते’ इति ; तथा अन्येऽपि ‘अहं ब्रह्मास्मि’
इत्येवमादय आत्मत्वोपगमा द्रष्टव्याः ।   BSB 4.1.3

In both the above instances, the context is undisputably the teaching of
the realizing the Nirguna Brahman as oneself. One can see the word Ishwara
too in the second quote above, also in the sense of Nirguna Brahman.

There are many more.
