Dear Members,                          Today's Speaking Tree article is on the Evolution of the Guru Principle by Andrew Cohen and I was very impressed with the way our westerner friend put this article by taking the essence of various guru's of this karmic land. He starts the write up by saying that in India Guru is God. It may be a complex phenomena to understand and believe , how ever in my master's words Guru exists in between the thoughts. He can read the subtle thoughts/intuitions of our minds. The formless Guru (Niranjana-Nrvikara-Nirguna-Parabrahmma Swarupa) is always self-less and works towards the welfare of his disciples and help them in crossing the ocean of samsara.
The person who wants to become Guru or Master must transform himself radically , mysteriously & powerfully sublimated to immortal conciouness of Brahmman. This awakened, self-less conciouness can be expressed as the 'Guru Principle'.
As his conclusion was excellent in that article which goes:  Considering the 'Guru' perfect in all aspects will confuse the transcendental reality. Here I have to say one example, The world Transcendental movement leader i.e MMG (Maharshi Maheshyogi Guru) after establishing several transcendental universities across the globe and by training several westerners in that movement at the age of 90 finally declared that "JAI GURU DEV" (Kasi Shankaracharya Brahmananda Saraswati) and concludes his life journey by saying that whatever he achieved in his life is all from the grace of his Guru only, left the physical body at Vlodrop.
The initial spiritual impulse is inherently pure without existence of any self, unattained by the worldly affairs comes from the 'Guru Mandala' as its source in Unique Brahmman which is single. A true Master who is deep rooted in this source can able to transmit  the powerful kundalini to his students to awaken him.The Transmitter can not be proclaimed as 'Guru' and after that the Students responsibility to keep that impulse pure for ever and transmit further & further as the saga goes on this karmic land and remains the most valuable phenomena of the Guru Principle.

Na Guroradhikam tattvam Na Guroradhikam tapah |
tattva Jnaanaat Param naasti tasmai Shri Gurave namah ||
Neither is there any Reality Beyond the Guru, Nor is there any Austerity Higher than the Guru,There is no Knowledge of Truth beyond what comes From the Guru, Salutations to that Guru who makes his disciple awakened for ever.
Sri Guru Padaravindarpana MastuKameswara
