Dear friends,
The  following  writing  is  from  the  pen  of  a
Jnani  of  the  20th  century. It  is  a  very  profoundpointer.
QUOTE:

When  Pure  Consciousness assumes  the  form

of empirical  consciousness  on  the  one  hand

and  of  the objective  world on  the  other

it  imposes  on  both the marks  of their

unmistakable substratum  or  base,viz.,  itself.

Empirical  consciousness  cognizes its  object

as  real  andthe object  on  its  part appears

as  real. For,  reality  is  immanent in both  and

Is  indivisibly  one.  Even  the  antithetical nature

ofsubject  and  object  cannot create  a  division

 in  PureConsciousness,  which  as  timeless
transcends both  and  yetunderlies  both.Unquote.
PureConsciousness  means  Brahman,  Bhuma,  Purusha, Atman,
 one's True nature.
With respectful namaskars,Sreenivasa Murthy
