These words are from Athava Veda Paippalaada Samhitaa 8.9.11.
"ब्रह्म दाशा ब्रह्म दासा ब्रह्मेमे कितवा उत ।
स्त्रीपुंसौ ब्रह्मणो जातौ स्त्रियो ब्रह्म उत वावन ।।"
