He wrote this article in refutation of a bigoted Vaishnava's bizarre claim
that 'It was Appayya Dikshitar and his henchmen who concocted these
upanishads and fabricated a 108 Upanishad document'   He had claimed 'none
of these so-called Shaiva upanishads have been cited by anyone before the
last 600 years...
