The 'upadesha saarah' of Bhagavan Ramana in Sanskrit,  with samskruta
bhashya of Jagadeeswara Sastri



The above has been recently fully translated to English and available for
purchase.

The commentary brings out the highly Vedanta Shastric nature of the
composition by Bhagavan Ramana.  Innumerable citations from the shruti,
smriti, purana, agama, tantra, etc. are provided in the Bhashya to show the
depth of the Vedantic purport, in all its facets, the doctrine and the
sadhana, contained in Bhagavan's Upadesha sara.

This book includes the Sanskrit treatise ‘Upadeśa Sāra’ of Bhagavan Sri
Ramana Maharshi, along with Tattvabodhini—a Sanskrit commentary by
Atmavidyabhushanam Sri Jagadeeswara Sāstri, a great scholar of Vedanta and
one of the foremost disciples of Sri Ramana Maharshi and the English
rendering of the treatise and commentary, along with explanations and notes
by Sri. G. Kameshwar. The book is published by Ramana Maharshi Center for
