This short video conveys a very profound message: One is what one's
mentality is.

It reminds one of these passages of Shankara Bhagavatpada in the
Brihadaranya and Chandogya Bhashyam:  All the occasions here are the
teaching of the Mahavakya - aham brahma asmi and tat tvam asi.

Shankara says: A compassionate Guru instructs the aspirant: You are not a
bound jiva with a body-mind complex but the ever free Brahman.  By this
teaching the aspirant sheds his ignorance-born jivahood and becomes free.

बृहदारण्यकोपनिषद्भाष्यम्प्रथमोऽध्यायःचतुर्थं ब्राह्मणम्मन्त्र १० - भाष्यम्

तत् कथञ्चिदाचार्येण दयालुना प्रतिबोधितम् ‘नासि संसारी’ इति
आत्मानमेवावेत्स्वाभाविकम् ; अविद्याध्यारोपितविशेषवर्जितमिति एव -
शब्दस्यार्थः ॥

छान्दोग्योपनिषद्भाष्यम्षष्ठोऽध्यायःचतुर्दशः खण्डःमन्त्र २ - भाष्यम्
 तेन च ब्रह्मविदा कारुण्यात् दर्शितसंसारविषयदोषदर्शनमार्गः विरक्तः
संसारविषयेभ्यः — नासि त्वं संसारी अमुष्य पुत्रत्वादिधर्मवान् , किं तर्हि,
सत् यत्तत्त्वमसि………
