The Bhashya cited is in the context of whether  contemplating on the
mahAvAkya repeatedly (prasamkhyAna) is compulsory or not for aparoksha jnana.
The answer given is that hearing it **even once** could be enough in some
cases. There is no reference to remembrance of the same leading to aparoksha
jnana.
