Srividya upasana start with Guru and hence Guru Mandala Archana becomes an important aspect in Srividya. Guru is on the topmost level and considered to be non-different with Sridevi.
Sastra prescribes the method of meditation on guru which is the Sahasrara Chakra. A 1000-pettled Lotus is imagined. In the lotus, a fine & tender bud is imagined where tender Chitrini is contemplated. In the Chitrini Nadi, a 12-pettled Lotus is imagined where each petal is presided by 12 letters ha, sa, kha, phrem, ha, sa , ksha, ma, la, va, ra, yam respectively. In this 12-pettled lotus, a triangle is meditated. The triangle is surrounded by a-ka-tha varna mala presided by ha-la-ksha at three angles correspondingly.
This triangle is supported by Nada-Bindu Rupa Manipitha /Hamsapitha

this Hamsapitha, the guru who is non-different from Parameswara is seen to be sporting.

For further reference, please refer the Paduka Panchaka.

The mode of guru worship is prescribed in several tantra granthas and there is exclusively a Guru Tantra that detail out different patalas for worship of guru.
Ankapalli  near by Vishakapatnam  Simhalu Guru garu  follows " Guru Archana Paddhati "  : Shri Swaprakasananda Tirtha Avadhuta of Anakapalli. (His Deeksha Name)
I have know few Direct Disciples of him & learnt man things how he mastered over different aspects of worship. His Purna Deekhsa Guru peeth i.e , Kalyananda Bharati Pitha published " Guru Puja Paddhati " whichtalks about out the puja to one's swa-guru with patrasadhana.
Patrasadhana worshipping is followed by many people of Sri Vidya Misra Samaya Dakshinachara  including ours. For this the GoLD standard procedure given by Swami Karapatri from Beneras in the Book 'Sri Vidya Vasya'. I have sent to this book to few people out of my interest and I can continue the same service without any financial aspects.

Guruvandana is generally carried out with this prayer:

shrInAthAdigurutrayam gaNapatim pIThatrayam bhairavam

siddhougham vatukatrayam padayugam dUtikramam manDalam

vIrAnaShTa chatuShkaShaShTinavakam vIravaLI panchakam

This shloka invokes all these deities who form the Amnaya Parivara and Gurumandala of  Parabhattarika.
The shloka  convays about the  the 27 Rahasyas / secrets.

This is from Kadi-vidya as Shri Bhaskararaya Makhin says " mantra rAjam srIvidyAm " which is Kadi (Ka karadi). There are other schools like Kaula, Hadi vidya which do the archana of mata , but only few people exists due to change of time (Samyabhava)

Guru also represents Devi  which is Matrika Devata i.e the Supreme Mother Godess as the Shruti say " Devim Mantra Rupinam'. She is also the power of sound. Matrika's comes from the Matrix of cosmos which are manifested as alphabets.  Sri Suktam Says: " Suvarna Rajata Srajaam" which caleary says that Devi is adorned with Garland of Matrika i.e the Garland of letters (alphabets) with vowels  i.e. A, E , I, O, U (Suvarna) and consonants (Rajata). The Matrika deities are associated with every letter of the sanskrit alphabets and there by representing certain energy  and various characteristics of all human beings (living beings) are assoicated with those enrgies

Sri Vidya is also termed as " Natha Vidya" as it comes from the roots of Sri Guru Maha Paduka:Guru paduka is nothing but the Mantra which brings the grace of the Guru on the Inititate. This is once for all. During the Process of Initiation or Deeksha Swikara ceremony, The names of the three generation of Guru are revealted to the disiciple.
Guru Trayam: The Three Guru are worshipped in the Guru Paduka Mantra are ones' Own Guru (your preceptor), Guru's Guru (Param Guru) i.e your Guru's Preceptor and that Guru's Guru (Parameshti Guru).
Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham also mentios about the Parapara Guru i.e Guru of that Parameshtic Guru
One's Own Guru Enlightens the Disciple about the nature of the Self. The Parama Guru make one to relect on the teaching of the Guru and realizes its glory. The Parameshti Guru will enable the Diciple to experience the divine bliss of the self while the Disciple is still being in his body.
As there are different mantra for the Guru , the Parama Guru & Parameshti Guru and at the time of Initiation, The Guru gives the Guru Paduka Mantra apart from the mantra of the particular devata.

Dear members,                        Toaday's TOI speaking tree article speaks about something related to 'Guru' by Author Charan Singh
https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/blogs/toi-edit-page/the-guru-who-taught-us-to-fear-none-scare-none/

In his messages ,Guru Tegh Bahadur (Sikh 9th Guru) menioned in  the Guru Grantha Sahib (GGS) can be summarised thus: Human birth is precious, so don’t waste it; shun bad company; treat pain/pleasures equal and keep your emotional self above joy/sorrow; God dwells inside you like image within a mirror; life is seeping away like water from a pitcher; what is the point of going on a pilgrimage when the mind is not in control, it’s like a stone that is kept immersed in water and still the water does not penetrate it; this world is like smoke, nothing permanent or everlasting; nothing will go beyond this life except meditation; body is like a hailstone, it quickly melts away, so shed all delusions; why worry when nothing is permanent in this world; why this false pride when knowing that this world is like a dream and nothing is yours; and as a pet dog does not leave the house of master, stay steadfast in meditation.

Earlier, Guru Nanak had started holding inter-faith dialogues while interacting with spiritual masters of different faiths and their compositions later became part of the GGS. The supreme sacrifice of Guru Tegh Bahadur upholds the same principle, to accept diversity of belief and respect plurality in society. The sacrifice also reveals that strong social bonds get established with inter-faith dialogues. Kashmiri Pandits, for example, chose to come to Guru Tegh Bahadur, who reciprocated happily and even gave his life for the cause. The lesson to be drawn from the sacrifice is that the freedom to practise faith of one’s choice is a matter of human rights, individual conscience, for which no force or allurements should be used.
